PuLocation: Hybrid (Turin) /u /ppuReport to: CEO /u /ppbr/ppstrongWhy this role matters /strong /ppThis is not a typical product design role. You will be the first designer at Nebuly — which means design is not a function here yet. You are building it. /ppEverything a customer, prospect, or partner sees is your remit. The product UI. The sales decks that close enterprise deals. The website. The ads. The one-pagers that land in a CIO's inbox. If it represents Nebuly externally, you own how it looks and feels. /ppThis matters because we are building a new category — and in a new category, how you present yourself is how you define yourself. Design is not a layer on top of the product. It is part of the argument we are making to the market. /ppYou shouldn't apply if you want to specialize. You should apply if you are energized by the idea of owning the entire visual and experiential surface of a fast-growing enterprise startup from day one. /ppbr/ppstrongYou should apply if you: /strong /pulliHave an almost unreasonable eye for quality — you notice what's off before anyone else does /liliCan move fluidly between product UI, marketing collateral, and brand without losing coherence /liliAre comfortable owning decisions in an environment where there is no design system yet and no one to hand things off to /liliWant to work directly with a CEO who cares deeply about design and will be your closest collaborator /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you'll do /strong /ppstrongProduct design /strong /pulliOwn the end-to-end design of the Nebuly product — from complex data visualizations and dashboards to onboarding flows and empty states /liliWork closely with the PM and engineering team to translate feature specs into polished, production-ready UI /liliMaintain and evolve the design system as the product grows /li /ulpstrongSales marketing enablement /strong /pulliDesign the sales decks, one-pagers, and battle cards the GTM team uses to close enterprise deals /liliBuild and maintain presentation templates that are easy for the sales team to use without breaking /liliSupport the marketing team on website updates, landing pages, and ad creatives /li /ulpstrongBrand communications /strong /pulliEnsure visual consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint — from the product to a LinkedIn post /liliHelp establish and document Nebuly's visual identity as the company scales /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we're looking for /strong /pulli3+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning both product UI and marketing/brand work /liliExceptional Figma skills — you live in it /liliExperience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in data-heavy or analytics contexts /liliStrong sense of information hierarchy and data visualization — our product surfaces complex enterprise data and it needs to be immediately readable /liliAbility to work fast, iterate on feedback, and ship — this is not a slow, consensus-driven environment /liliNice to have: experience with Framer for designing and building interactive websites and web experiences. /liliExcellent English, written and spoken /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /ppstrongFirst designer. /strong You are not joining a design team.
