Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital transformation journey and help drive brand growth across multiple touchpoints. This role will play a key part in optimizing digital strategy, enhancing online brand presence, and improving the performance of paid media, owned assets, and eCommerce channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid media (especially Search, Social and Video), strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset with a keen eye for UX and content excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support the development and execution of tailored digital strategies by product category and brand, aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
* Actively contribute to the optimization of digital campaigns, with a focus on innovation and creative assets.
2. Data & Performance Analytics
* Contribute to leveraging data capabilities across all brand websites.
* Monitor and report on digital performance using available tools (e.g. GA4, GSC, Semrush) to guide optimization decisions.
3. UX & SEO Optimization
* Assist in enhancing brand websites with a mobile-first, performance-oriented mindset.
* Continuously support UX / SEO enhancements and take part in onboarding a web agency.
* Collaborate with Sales and external partners to optimize product presence on main e-tailers (e.g Amazon).
* Actively contribute to the growth of online sales by maximizing eCommerce visibility and optimizing retail media investments.
Requirements : Technical Skills
* Hands-on experience with Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta).
* Strong familiarity with Google Analytics.
* Working knowledge of SEO principles, UX best practices, and CMS platforms.
* Understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketing practices.
Education & Experience
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
* 2–4 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in FMCG or healthcare industries.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Team-oriented, with excellent collaboration and communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Well organized in managing multiple priorities.
