Curricular Internship - Wholesale Customer Service EU: Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. We are looking for a Curricular Intern who will be placed within the Wholesale Customer Service Europe Team based in Diesel HQ in Breganze. The person will support to the Costumer Service Team in managing the operational processes of the portfolio and will assist the manager in monitoring order processes, from the moment of insertion to delivery. He/she will provide continuous operational support to customers by coordinating with the sales network in the territory. Main Responsibilities: - Handling any reports regarding the quality of the product or deliveries, interfacing with logistics or production. - Actively interfacing with the Finance department regarding credit management and/or billing activities. - Ensuring a continuous and thorough flow of communication with customers, sales, and other business functions. - Ensuring that all requests, questions, issues reported by customers and colleagues are addressed promptly and that the service provided has the highest level of efficiency. - Actively collaborating with all company departments, particularly with credit control, logistics, management control, and of course, sales.
