For a fashion industrial plant based in Tuscany we are looking for a Plant Quality Manager who ensures quality of fashion products during production, managing control plans, audits, and risk mitigation. Analyze defects and implement improvements for optimal quality. Requires quality control experience and strong analytical skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To define, in collaboration with Corporate Quality, quality objectives of production processes
* Develop/maintain Control Plans (raw materials to finished goods), monitor performance, and ensure adherence
* To perform audits on the product's quality by highlighting the appropriate corrective actions, monitoring their execution and effectiveness
* Collect/analyze internal and supplier non-quality data, identify root causes, and manage costs;
* To ensure the monitoring of the defects process and responsiveness in face of anomalies
* To prepare issue air quality plans for new products
* To manage the process of continuous improvement in terms of quality and reliability through the analysis of quality problems, managing improvement plans
* To ensure the implementation of corrective measures as a result of internal and external audits and following the plans of defects internal process improvement and product
* To monitor corrective actions, verify effectiveness and provide feedback
* To certify and report the variations of process & product and make sure that each variant is approved according to the procedure
* To ensure that customer requirements are respected/compliant in the audit
* Validate conformity of finished product
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION Bachelor degree or above in Industrial sectors (mechanical, electrical, materials engineering, Physics or equivalent, preferable in the area of his / her business)
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES: Experience in the technical field and production plant quality

* Analytical skills, synthesis ability, reactive approach, teamwork and negotiation skills, ability to push, lead and challenge suppliers
* Knowledge and practice of quality tools: Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Process capabilities, Pareto, problem solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, experience capitalization, etc.), Measurement System Analysis
* Good knowledge of MS Office suites
* Travel availability (50–70%)
