You will lead a team of artisans and collaborate closely with community partners to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and social responsibility are upheld throughout the production cycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our brand mission of setting new industry standards through excellence, sustainability, and community engagement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage end-to-end production process with artisans, production and raw material suppliers applying stringent quality control at each checkpoint, ensuring adherence to the brand high quality product standards and strict production deadlines. /liliResolve production and quality issues in professional and timely manner. /liliRegular and as-needed visits to artisans and material suppliers to maintain relationships and oversee orders in production. /liliDaily/ Weekly/ Monthly production scheduling and reporting for in-house and outsourced production. /liliWorking closely with colleagues in Procurement, Inventory and Data Management to ensure optimized visibility and coordination of order status. /liliManage online production order filing systems on Company\'s Google Drive. /liliManage and support weaver in customer experience events with local establishments. /liliLead and nurture artisans, production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, skill development, and engagement. /liliContinuously improve production workflows and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce environmental impact. /liliMonitor production costs and budgetary constraints, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities, maintaining a clean, safe and healthy working environment. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years direct experiences managing end-to-end production processes. /liliHands-on knowledge of community-based production. /liliExcellent leadership and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-cultural teams towards common goals. /liliFluent in written/ spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
