OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and amplify H-FARM College's brand presence across multiple platforms.
This role is critical to engaging prospective students, parents, partners, and the wider community, showcasing life on campus, academic excellence, and career opportunities.
The Social Media Manager will develop and implement content strategies, manage our online presence, and measure performance to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media strategy aligned with H-FARM College's marketing goals
Manage daily activity across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice
Interact with the community (comments, DMs, engagement)
Create, curate, and oversee engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, videos, lives, blog snippets, student takeovers)
Collaborate with students, faculty, and the wider H-FARM ecosystem to generate authentic and community-driven content
Plan and execute editorial calendars and campaign rollouts (Open Days, scholarships, events, graduations)
Monitor performance and optimize engagement with Gen-Z audiences
Stay updated on emerging tools, trends, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to strengthen H-FARM's digital identity
Research, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and influencer agencies
Coordinate and collaborate with Copywriters and Designers for creative assets and visuals
Act as the bridge for internal events (Hackathons, Talks, Graduation, Welcome Day, Club Fairs)
Support the development of external and internal events: logistics, key messages, speakers, and content
RequirementsFast, solution-oriented, and open-minded approach to challenges
Creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for engaging with Gen Z audiences
Strong knowledge of the Gen-Z influencers market
Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in higher-education, lifestyle, or youth-oriented sectors
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe CC, CapCut, etc.) and social media management platforms
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
Nice to HaveBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with TikTok trends and short-form video production
Background in higher education, events, or student marketing
