Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Product Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Milano, Italy Johnson & Johnson is looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER ONCOLOGYthat will be responsible for the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Head. - Contributing to the overall development of a local brand strategy defining a Marketing Plan; - Actively participating to CVT (Country Value Team) bringing valuable contribution, in order to maximize the business opportunity and anticipate and clarify eventual local barriers; - Leveraging on the patient journey to identifies the value pools and bring solutions - Identifying “place in therapy” in which the brand should add Value; - Developing promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies; - Analyzing market trends and identifies opportunities and threats; - Developing marketing strategies using traditional and web communication tools; - Identifying motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics; - Engaging with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels; - Interacting with Field Force to deeply understand customer needs and provides solutions; - Relationship with key opinion leaders; - Contributing in the planning of product plans; - Ensuring the usage of CRM system to communicate with clients and to promote our product. Qualifications Academic & Professional Background: - Scientific or Economics degree (background in target area is preferred); - Master degree, nice to have - Previous marketing experience of 2/ 5 years Language Knowledge: Fluent in English and Italian Other skills and abilities: - Previous international experience, nice to have - Experience in the therapeutic area, nice to have - Customer focus and Strong Leadership; - Business Acumen; - Project Management & Team working; - Negotiation and influencing skills; - High energy level and entrepreneurial mindset; This position is located in Milan and will require up to 30% domestic and/or international travel.
