Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders. /p pbPartner with the best /b /p pThe Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs across all phases of a modules construction project, from design and procurement to operations, including structures fabrication at strategic supplier yards and construction activities, commissioning, and load out at the Avenza site. The role ensures compliance with HSE legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong safety culture and zero-incident performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine project HSE plans, requirements, risk‑management strategy and activities throughout the project lifecycle from proposal to completion. /li liPlan, implement, and coordinate all HSE activities within the project, according to project complexity, scope, HSE plans, company, contractual requirements, and relevant laws, standards, and regulations. /li liAct as the primary interface with the project management team and client representatives on all HSE issues during project execution. /li liEnsure all HSE activities at project level comply with applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers and contractors. /li liAssist the project management team in risk‑management processes (e.g., method statements, JSAs, HAZID, HAZOP) during preliminary constructability HSE assessments and de‑risking activities. /li liEnsure emergency preparedness, monitor and coordinate emergency drills, and follow up for the project scope. /li liMonitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution prevention, spill control, air emissions, and hazardous material handling. /li liDevelop and maintain statistical data, KPIs and trend reports, and manage periodic HSE meetings with key project management figures, contractors and client representatives. /li liLead event investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented. /li liConduct and manage internal and external HSE audits, operative inspections, findings/observations tracking, and follow‑up. /li liCoordinate the internal HSE supervision team to ensure compliance with company policies, management systems, and project requirements. /li liDevelop and coordinate project safety training programs and promote a safety‑behavioral culture within the project organization, including suppliers and contractors. /li liEstablish and execute HSE cultural initiatives and programs to implement a proactive safety culture (e.g., Safety Days, HSE campaigns, leadership engagement, workshops, toolbox talks, safety stand‑downs). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university. /li liMinimum 10+ years of experience in project HSE management duties in EPC/Construction companies, preferably in Oil Gas or Energy sectors. /li liMust be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations, and standards. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of successful project management. /li liQualifications as an internal auditor on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and knowledge of ISO 9001. /li liFamiliar with method statements, JSAs, HAZOP, and HAZID methodologies. /li liStrong leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. /li liChampion HSE by setting a personal example and demonstrating leadership in the implementation of HSE processes and initiatives. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities. /li liComprehensive private medical care options. /li liLife insurance and disability programs. /li liFinancial programs. /li liAdditional elected or voluntary benefits. /li /ul pThe initial pay range for this position is EUR 51,200 to 70,400.
