About the Role Role: Technical Specialist Primary Technical Skills: C, C++, VB Hybrid – 2-3 days office per week Languages: Italian and English speaking Domain: Banking Finance Secondary Technical Skills: JAVA, Microsoft Office tools, Jira, Batch jobs Key Responsibilities Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements. Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation. Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing and modification stages. Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule. Expert in finding root causes for incidents, bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents. Preferred Background Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team. Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols. Service minded and took responsibility within relevant working areas.
