What you'll do Support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the SVP Sales, and the Director of Commercial Excellence in developing the commercial strategy, including defining and monitoring Go-to-Market initiatives. Generate key strategic and sales insights on top prospects/accounts, including business needs, pricing, competitors, and expansion opportunities. Monitor pipeline development initiatives across functions like Demand Generation, SDR, Sales, Channels, and Alliances. Develop and update forecasts for deal bookings and revenue for current and upcoming years. Support the development of a 5-year top-line business plan segmented by geography, product line, and customer segment. Assist Sales and Product Management teams with pricing strategies. Implement sales enablement initiatives, such as enhancing sales playbooks and narratives. Define sales targets for the next 1-2 years and support the update of sales commission structures. Manage Hubspot CRM structure and evolution. Prepare documentation for alignment meetings with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. What you'll need Degree in Economics or Management Engineering. Fluency in English & Italian. Over 3 years of experience in similar roles or top-tier consulting firms. Experience in Tech/Software/SaaS is a plus. Experience working with private equity professionals is a plus. Proven experience in multinational and multicultural organizations. Strong problem-solving, financial, and analytical skills. Excellent project management and process oversight capabilities. Clear communication skills, from detailed analysis to strategic discussions. Enthusiasm, positivity, and influencing skills. Patience and a proactive attitude. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of Hubspot CRM and BI tools like PowerBI.
