LOCATION: ON-SITE IN MICHIGAN, USA
We are looking for a:
System Validation Engineer
to lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of vehicle system validation across programs. You will define and manage DVP&R, ensure alignment with test strategies, track KPIs, and report to management while coordinating HIL, SIL, and bench testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and manage DVP & DVP&R for vehicle systems.
* Define test strategies and validation plans across programs.
* Track and report KPI metrics to management.
* Ensure requirements traceability throughout validation activities.
* Coordinate HIL, SIL, and bench testing for system validation.
* Support vehicle testing and validation execution.
* Utilize tools like DOORS for requirement management and tracking.
Requirements:
* Degree in Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in validation planning, DVP&R management, and test strategy definition.
* Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, KPI tracking, and reporting.
* Experience coordinating HIL, SIL, bench, and vehicle testing.
* Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirement management tools. xivgfpx
