Work with HGBU European team to provide installation of Oracle HGBU products such as IFC8, IFC8.NET, and OPI for CNE, Legacy datacenter, and On-premise customers.
We are seeking an experienced interface installer with over 5 years of experience in the Opera environment, including IFC configuration, basic setup, and troubleshooting.
As a Technical Implementation Consultant III, you will be responsible for installing HGBU products and managing migrations and upgrades.

As part of the ETT team, you will be involved in European (mainly) and global projects for HGBU customers.
You will be challenged daily and will contribute directly to the success of Oracle Hospitality services, working closely with customers, product teams, and infrastructure partners.
Our work involves various configurations with multiple third-party vendors, based on product certifications.
We support our customers through installation, migration, and upgrade projects of Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management software.
Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
* In this role, you will be required to
* Install, migrate, and upgrade IFC8, IFC.NET, OPI, and TPS, conducting tests and validating setups.
* Analyze, document solutions, and implement best practices for our hotel products.
* Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting and advise project managers on planning for project delivery.
* Ideal Qualifications / Experience
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HGBU IFC8, IFC8.NET, or OPI as a consultant or property IT specialist.
* Ability to provide senior-level technical support for complex issues related to HGBU products.
* Methodical troubleshooting approach for complex problems.
* Experience in defining and documenting technical architectures for complex, scalable products.
* Willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies and to be a team player.
