YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer global Compensation & Benefits programs
- Support the execution of compensation policies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & welfare Benefits
- Coordinate and prepare global incentive programs (short‑and long‑term)
- Support annual compensation cycles (salary review, premio processes, job evaluations)
- Maintain accurate C&B; data and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for the HR Team regarding C&B;‑related topics
- Support market benchmarking and external reward surveys
HR Analytics
- Manage HR reporting concepts and global HR KPIs
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports and analytics for management and key stakeholders
- Support data quality enhancements and system audits
- Interpret HR data and provide insights to support decision‑making
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Background
- Completed commercial college education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and compliance‑related topics
- Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage
Skills
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
- Excellent Excel and IT knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
