Experteer OverviewAs Blow Molding Process Expert, you will lead process optimization and standardization across Greif's EMEA blow-molding plants. You'll develop training materials and ensure safe, cost-efficient production with consistent quality. You'll collaborate with plant managers, project engineers, and OPEX to drive continuous improvement and new equipment adoption. This role offers impact on manufacturing excellence and scale through cross-plant standardization. You'll help shape a safer, more efficient packaging operation aligned with Greif's mission.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead training of plant blow mold operators and leaders on standard production execution to ensure cost, quality, and safety.Develop and deploy process-related training materials (Industrial Packaging 101) via Training Matrix.Support and standardize new equipment, creating work instructions and training matrices.Collaborate with project engineers to justify investments that improve output and reduce cost per piece.Promote production improvements using Kaizen, VSM, and lean methods to boost productivity and labor efficiency.Create and analyze statistical charts and reports to identify issues and improvements across product lifecycles or processes.Maintain SOCs and develop/track Standard Operating Conditions for major equipment with min/max ranges.Apply root-cause analysis to daily problems and misses.Develop optimal process parameters to meet quality and certification requirements and maintain them with plant programs.Coordinate with OPEX and support functions on continuous improvement projects (A3).Work with facilities and MDM teams to define plant labor standards and maintain related files.ResponsabilitàBachelor in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Fluent English (spoken and written)15+ years in packaging industry with focus on blow-molding (production, maintenance, process management)Willingness to travelRequisiti fondamentalicompetitive salarycomprehensive benefitsgrowth opportunitieswell-being focusTotal Rewards
