Your key responsibility will involve implementing management control systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3olliDevelop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement systems to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives. /liliAnalyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence. /liliProvide regular feedback to business unit leaders on performance against targets and benchmarks. /liliCost Management: Conduct cost analysis and cost-benefit assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. /liliImplement cost control measures and monitor cost drivers to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic priorities. /liliCollaborate with operations teams to develop cost-effective strategies for resource allocation and utilization. /liliProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business processes and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations. /liliLead cross-functional teams in process reengineering initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement. /liliEstablish performance targets and benchmarks for process optimization and monitor progress towards achieving goals. /liliRisk Management and Internal Controls: Assess internal control systems to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies. /liliImplement risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. /liliConduct internal audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions as necessary. /liliBudgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. /liliTrack budget performance and variance analysis, providing insights into areas of improvement or concern. /liliAssist in the development of financial strategies to achieve business objectives and targets. /liliStrategic Planning and Decision Support: Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the potential impact of strategic decisions on business performance and profitability. /liliCollaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives aligned with overall corporate objectives. /li /olh3bEducation /b /h3pBachelor’s Degree /ppMaster’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics /ph3bQualifications /b /h3pbQualifications: /b /pulli3-5 years of experience in performance management, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives. /liliStrong understanding of management control principles, including performance measurement, cost accounting, and process optimization. /liliProven ability to drive change and implement process improvements within a complex organizational environment. /liliLeadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives. /liliProject management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to implementation. /liliAdaptability and resilience in navigating organizational dynamics and driving change in a dynamic business environment. /liliFluency in Italian and a good level of English are mandatory. /liliAddress the way - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way. /liliBuild network - Forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organization. /liliClient intimacy - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction. /liliEarn trust - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversity. /liliMake effective decisions - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources, and constraints. /liliManage emotions - Recognize one's and other's emotions and express and regulate reactions. /liliPioneer change - Actively embrace change and benefit from new circumstances. /liliPromote sustainable development - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a role model. /liliThink forward - Capitalize on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future. /li /ulpWith over 5,800 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational company providing certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision, vendor inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors.
