To continue expanding our digital experience, we’re seeking an experienced Web Developer who works well in a multidisciplinary team and project environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, innovation, and possess strong technical skills.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and updating Culligan Group’s websites and web applications, ensuring continuous optimization of technical performance and user experience (UX), in alignment with group policies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all phases of ideation, design, and production of web pages.
* Conduct usability testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization, especially for mobile devices, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device functionality.
* Manage and maintain websites and web applications, updating content as needed.
* Manage domains, web servers, and cookie platforms.
* Apply UX/UI principles and responsive design; experience with Figma is a plus.
* Integrate APIs and external services with websites and e-commerce platforms.
* Manage website backups and recovery processes.
* Collaborate with local and international teams including IT, marketing, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications.
* Analyze user needs and technical requirements to enhance functionalities.
* Optimize websites based on audits from external partners (technical SEO, CRO, etc.).
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent in web development with proven experience in a similar role.
* Experience with GitHub, Bootstrap, WP Engine.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
* Strong knowledge and experience with WordPress.
* Basic knowledge of MySQL and PHP is a plus.
* Familiarity with digital analytics tools (GA4, Piwik Pro, VWO, etc.).
* Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
* Knowledge of web accessibility best practices and analysis tools (e.g., Siteimprove).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
