KWS Italia SpA is looking for a Breeding Station Worker (m/f/d) for our site in Monselice. This is a full-time position.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Carry out agricultural activities according to instructions and deadlines, such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in fields where KWS has production agreements with farmers.
* Operate, monitor, and supervise agricultural machinery and other equipment.
* Maintain agricultural machinery and other equipment in compliance with rules and operational standards. Report problems or risks promptly.
* Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by management.
* Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in line with the company’s health and safety standards.
Key skills and required background:
* Residence in Monselice or willingness to relocate.
* Experience in the agricultural sector (preferably at least 2 years in farming/seed production).
* Knowledge of MS Office programs.
* Valid driving license.
* Valid tractor and truck driving license (or willingness to obtain it).
* Ability to handle agricultural machinery and modern techniques such as GPS systems.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy.
* Fluent Italian; English is considered an advantage.
