In-depth expertise in personnel administration & management activities. A deep understanding of labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulations. A proven track record in legal compliance related to payroll & benefits processes. Excellent team worker with an employee & colleague-centric mindset. Degree in HR, Legal, or Economics. Proficiency in Italian (must-have) and English (at least C1). Capable Microsoft Office Package user, especially Word and Excel. What you will be responsible for: Overseeing all activities related to personnel administration and payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal obligations. Providing employees and external consultants with reliable information and coordinating communication flows related to employment, payroll, benefits, and labour regulations. Managing contracts and documentation related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and related agreements. Managing relations with labour and payroll providers, acting as their point of contact for communication and comparison. Processing workforce lifecycle changes, data entry, and updates in HR and attendance systems. Supervising administrative activities related to absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104, and accidents, in accordance with CCNL. Supporting HR in workforce planning, budget, labor cost analysis, bonus calculation, and related documentation.
