Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms (MECM/SCCM or similar)Support system deployments, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle managementProvide advanced Level 2 technical support for complex issuesMonitor system performance, security, and availability
Requirements
Strong experience in Windows-based infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of virtualization (Hyper‐V or VMware)Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs)Experience with enterprise IT troubleshooting and support processesGood communication skills and professional English
