About the JobThe Method, reporting to CI Manager, supports definition of working methods and timing to produce. Performs cost and material usage analysis, to reduce loss and optimize the product manufacture.
The method works in different industrial processes relating to product development, product engineering and production management.
The position is responsible for researching, planning and facilitating operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and KPI improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data, procedure, and performance using evaluation tools and make recommendations for improvement
Monitor product and process improvement milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability on internal production and external suppliers
Analyze, develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network
Monitor and report on status of projects
Audit all established lean manufacturing processes
Repoting and KPI monitoring
He/she will daily support to our artisans meeting safety, efficiency, productivity, quality and service expectations
He/she will have the opportunity to partner with all the other manufacturing sites to share best practices
Profile
Master's degree in engineering/Economics or other relevant fields
Previous experience in a high-quality manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing know-how
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership skills, high energy level, team-oriented with a positive mindset to inspire and motivate
Strong problem solving and excellent organization skills
Strong Knowledge of Excel (Green Belt, SAP, Powe-BI is a plus)
Italian speaker, good in English and/or French
