Position: Marketing & Communication - Event ManagerAnnual Salary:Industry: Marketing & CommunicationCompany DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the Tourism Division for one of the most important international sporting clubs – HQ COMO, ItalyThe Manager of Italian Soccer Tourism Division will be responsible for developing and managing the soccer tourism products, creating exclusive packages that combine Italian soccer matches with luxury stays and unique experiences such as cooking lessons with chefs, exclusive vineyard tours, vintage car driving experiences, and more...Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with Italian soccer clubs to create exclusive tourism packages.Identify and collaborate with luxury hotels, resorts, and other premium accommodations to include in travel packages.Design and implement tourism products that offer comprehensive, high-quality experiences for soccer fans, including exclusive activitiesNegotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure favorable terms and high standards of service.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve and innovate tourism products.Work closely with the marketing team to promote soccer tourism packages and attract customers.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to departure.Manage the division's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.Requirements:Proven experience in the tourism industry, particularly in creating and managing travel packages.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and attractive tourism products.Experience in organizing luxury and exclusive experiences, such as culinary events, vineyard tours, and driving experiences.Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and oversee package execution.Strong knowledge of the Italian soccer scene, including clubs, matches, and fan cultureFluency in Italian and English.
