Responsibilities
* Attività di ricerca e supporto al dipartimento nelle operazioni di acquisizione, dismissione e sviluppo nei vari settori immobiliari.
* Predisposizione e negoziazione di tutta la contrattualistica legata alla gestione degli assets o portafogli immobiliari.
Qualifications
* Neolaureato/a con tesi in diritto civile o commerciale (votazione minima 105/110) e forte interesse per il diritto immobiliare.
* Praticante con massimo sei mesi di esperienza nel settore oppure un candidato con le stesse competenze.
* Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata), requisito essenziale.
