Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a roleBuild and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementConduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratiosRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the companyImplement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customerArticulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sitesConduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fitFilter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen
Screening and Evaluation

About the teamThe role holder will be a part of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, which is a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) team. We scout bar raising talent spanning across Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe, AMET and India, to enable and scale cost-efficient sourcing solutions in Non-Tech and High volume space.Basic Qualifications
achErol's degreeExperience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidatesAbility to curate market intel for saturated markets2+ years of experience in talent sourcing and Non technical recruiting, with focus on sourcing candidates in one or more non-tech domains covering Field Operations sourcing
