Role Purpose
The MarTech Solution Manager will be the bridge between Marketing, Retail, Tech, and Data teams. This role will own the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our global marketing technology stack, while maintaining the agility to lead high-impact, one-shot tactical campaigns.

The role mission is to ensure that our tools work seamlessly together to create a frictionless, data-driven customer journey, while being ready to \"get your hands dirty\" in the tools to drive immediate results during peak moments.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
MarTech Strategy & Architecture
Stack Ownership
: Design and maintain a scalable marketing technology ecosystem. Identify gaps, evaluate new solutions, and ensure seamless tool connectivity.

System Integration
: Lead the integration of MarTech tools with other platforms and internal Data Warehouses via APIs and middleware.

Tactical Campaign Management & Optimization
Drive the Execution and optimization of one-shot tactical campaigns. This includes audience segmentation, campaign setup in Oracle Responsys/Swrve and the definition of new process to optimize the current workflow and minimize the frictions.

Data Governance
Ensure that data flows accurately between platforms to maintain a single, reliable source of truth for customer behaviour.

Optimization & Enablement Personalization
Partner with Analytics to implement A/B testing frameworks and automated lifecycles.

Training
Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert, documenting processes and training marketing teams to use platforms at their full potential.

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in MarTech or Marketing Operations, specifically within high-growth e-commerce environments
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Previous experience managing \"war rooms\" during peak retail seasons.
- Ability to switch from a high-level architectural discussion with IT to campaign execution for Marketing.
- Fluency in English

Technical Stack Expertise

- CRM/Automation: Hands-on experience with Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
- Analytics: Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, and specifically Server-side tagging.
- Data: Proficiency in SQL for complex audience segmentation.
- Integration Skills: Solid understanding of APIs and how data moves between cloud systems.
