AMI is looking for a new Brand Ambassador for our corner.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales and build customer loyalty through the following responsibilities:
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Your mission is to convey the AMI universe to our clients by offering a unique sales experience.
- Welcome clients in the store in line with the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
- Listen to and identify clients’ needs thanks to your strong listening skills.
- Advise clients by offering a relevant selection and complementary products, using your fashion culture and unique personality.
- Support clients during fittings and take alteration measurements if necessary.
- Build customer loyalty by creating a relationship of trust and develop new clients by introducing them to the brand.
STOCK
- Monitor and manage stock (receiving goods, system entry of deliveries, cycle counts, replenishment requests, transfer requests, etc.).
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Ensure the overall presentation of the store: product display, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, tidiness, etc.
- Actively participate in VM installations and rotations within the store.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have proven experience in luxury and/or designer fashion retail and are familiar with sales techniques.
- You are curious and eager to get involved in a brand-new project.
- You are smiling, dynamic, committed, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and are dedicated to meeting clients’ needs.
- You have a strong sensitivity to fashion and a good knowledge of the industry and its trends.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- You are eager to get involved in a young, fast-growing brand.
