Customer Service Agents - Car Rental
These positions offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging with guests, and proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests
* Managing rental experiences
* Handling back-office tasks (updating records and completing rental contracts)
* Managing reservations
* Handling inbound calls/emails/chat
* Managing vehicle fleet and company cars
Requirements:
* Customer service orientation
* Sales skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English (Level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
* Initiative, proactivity, problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in sales/promotions is desirable
* Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday
* Valid B driver’s license
Offer:
* Initial training and passive onboarding at the location
* Contract type: Fixed-term, 6 months, with direct hiring
* Part-time schedule: 30 hours, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week
* Location: Venice Marco Polo Airport
