The Network Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution. /ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities /strong /ppFull scope of tasks including but not limited to: /pulliEnsure that all escalated incidents are handled by the team within SLA’s. /liliParticipate in Problem management processes. /liliEnsure that our Network Operations are reliable, secure, resilient and scalable to support our growing business. /liliOn-time delivery of assigned network infrastructure projects. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. /liliCreate and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures. /liliOversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and data. /liliDesign, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware. Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppstrongSkills Experience Required /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. /liliStrong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards and trends. /liliStrong technical background with 3+ years’ experience in Network Administration role delivering Network infrastructure systems and support. /liliStrong technical knowledge of network equipment – switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc). /liliStrong technical knowledge of PaloAlto firewalls and Panorama. /liliStrong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setups. /liliUnderstanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet access. /liliProficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection and traffic engineering. /liliExperience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture. /liliCCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network certifications. /liliStrong understanding of Infrastructure change management. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues. /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strong /pulliBonus /liliEmployee Assistance Program /liliMeal Voucher /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
