Are you a strategic and creative beauty enthusiast ready to lead, inspire, and drive marketing innovation? Intercos Concept is seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager ready to take ownership of projects, guide a dynamic team, and help shape the future of beauty brands.

At Intercos Concept, our mission is to provide 360° marketing support to newcomers and existing players in the beauty industry to envision, revive and accelerate game-changing beauty brands. No two projects are alike, making our work consistently fascinating.

As our new Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll take on a central leadership role within our growing team, working closely with the Head of Intercos Concept and managing a talented group of four project managers. You’ll bring fresh thinking and real responsibility to the table from day one—helping to lead strategy, drive creative development, and deliver meaningful results for our clients across the globe.

Reporting directly to the Head of Intercos Concept and leading a young, dynamic, and multi-talented team, your role as a Marketing Associate Manager will involve the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3–4 project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Prioritization & Planning: Set team priorities, manage workflows, and provide strategic direction to ensure delivery across a range of projects.
* Development & Coaching: Support the growth of junior team members through feedback, delegation, and shared learning.
* Brand Ideation & Strategy
o Innovate Brand Concepts: Generate creative ideas for new brand conceptualization, aligning with market trends, client goals, and comprehensive analysis of brand and competition — from value ideation and strategic direction to design expression, including tone, logo, and packaging aesthetics.
o Brand Strategy Evolution: Strategize and generate repositioning strategies for brands at various scales—from full value transformation to design revamps and portfolio reshaping—grounded in trend and growth insights, including analysis of brand expression, values, history, and competitive mapping.
o Existing Brand Management: Lead marketing support, strategize and develop growth opportunities with tailored brand strategies across geographies and markets; coordinate development into engaging presentations and meetings (e.g., new collection development, innovation presentations, launch concepts strategies).
* Product Development & Management
o Product Portfolio Analysis: Strategize and support comprehensive portfolio analysis to amplify brand growth opportunities backed by trends and project strategy.
o Innovate Product Concepts: Generate ideas to re-strategize the product portfolio or develop new product concept storytelling (from concept and positioning to active ingredient recommendations) aligned with market trends and client goals.
o New Product Development: Coordinate projects with Intercos Group teams in different geographies across product development steps from formula proposal/development, R&D alignment, and packaging ideation; oversee deliverables and priorities across functions to ensure effective project management and client rapport.
* Trend Forecasting & Data Analysis
o Global Trend Monitoring & Forecasting: Lead ongoing monitoring and reporting on beauty industry trends globally, informing forecasting and strategic insights.
o Data-Driven Market Analysis, Reporting & Strategy: Use Intercos Intelligence data to combine quantitative and qualitative data for robust strategies and decision-making.
o Intercos Intelligence Development & Strategy: Coordinate ongoing development of Intercos Group’s proprietary data platform, overseeing new initiative developments and opportunities.
o Opportunities Monitoring: Build relationships with existing and new clients and explore new business opportunities.
o Timing and Service Agreements: Coordinate project timelines, service fee proposals, and client communications for prospective projects.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or innovation—ideally within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with experience managing junior profiles or cross-functional workstreams; comfortable setting direction, giving feedback, and fostering collaboration.
* Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is ideal.
* Fluency in English is essential. Passion for the beauty industry and awareness of relevant news and trends.
* Entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can handle multiple priorities.
* Balance of creativity with data intelligence and strategic thinking; ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communicator with strong team management and collaborative skills.
