Are you ready to be part of this journey? We are looking for an M&A & Corporate Finance Specialist to join the Finance team and support the Group's strategic growth and consolidation initiatives. The role will be involved in M&A operations (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) as well as investor-related activities and corporate controlling analysis. Key Responsibilities : Identify and assess acquisition targets, and strategic partnerships. Develop financial models to analyze and evaluate transactions (DCF, comparables, LBO). Prepare transaction support documentation (teasers, information memoranda, business plans). Support due diligence processes (financial, legal, tax) in collaboration with internal teams and advisors. Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, law firms, auditing firms). Monitor post-acquisition performance and support operational integration. Monitor capital markets and evolving investor expectations. Perform financial valuations, balance sheet analysis, and build financial models. Support the development of annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes, consolidated rolling forecasts, and risk and opportunity assessments. Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing reports for shareholders and investors. Requirements : Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus. 2-3 years’ experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and financial modeling expertise. In-depth knowledge of corporate valuation tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Team-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects. Excellent in English (written and spoken), C2 / native level. At least 2 years of study or work experience abroad required. Advanced knowledge of corporate valuation tools.
