Above all, it’s an unforgettable resort in Sicily where our team delivers an outstanding level of service. /p h3Main Purpose /h3 pThis position is ideal for an ambitious candidate who is willing to supervise and develop a team to maintain an excellent standard of service meanwhile managing the relationship with our Guests. /p pReports to: Executive Housekeeper. /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure that housekeeping requests by Guests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner and where possible anticipate Guest’s needs; /li liGuarantee daily inspection of the Villas, public areas, back of the house areas to maintain and reach our service standard; /li liHelp in maintaining all department inventories and cleaning schedules; /li liSupport the Head Housekeeper to maintain the décor of the Villas and their surroundings; /li liAssist the Head Housekeeper in the housekeeping staff appraisal, training and development; /li liComply with the financial objectives of the department. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSeasonal contract according to C.C.N.L.
