The UniCredit Graduate Program is an exciting 12-month journey to kickstart your career in one of Europe's leading financial institutions.

The global product line Client Risk Management serves institutional and corporate clients with a full range of financial and investment products, including loan origination, structuring, distribution, and trading, acting as a market maker for financial products.

What you'll need to succeed
Our ideal candidate:
* Personifies our values: Integrity, Ownership, Caring
* Has the skills of an Agile Collaborator, Passionate Explorer, Proactive Entrepreneur
* Graduated or about to graduate in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
* Holds an excellent academic record
* Has relevant internship or work experience in Markets, Investment Banking, Fund Management, Macroeconomic or Quantitative Analysis
* Possesses understanding of products, models, and risk management for corporate clients
* Is proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Murex, etc.
* Has excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills
* Has relevant international experience
* Is available full-time from September 2025 onwards
* Is willing to relocate internationally
* Is confident to take early responsibility
* Fluent in English; a second language is required depending on the target location
