The team sets the growth and funding strategy of the group, engaging in greenfield acquisitions and MA to build out new data center assets/campuses and executing follow‑up investments at existing locations. The funding strategy covers both debt and equity funding from multiple sources. The position sits at the heart of the company and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior members of the management team, assisting with strategic decision‑making in business planning and ad‑hoc analyses. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent communication skills, is detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, business savvy, and possesses a strong finance/valuation foundation. The Investment Manager reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer. Role locations: Milan, Italy or Madrid, Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libFunding Strategy: /b ul liDevelop and implement corporate financing strategy, in conjunction with Brookfield /li liParticipate in corporate acquisitions and department sell‑down activities, including leading various workstreams /li liStructure joint‑ventures to expand the firm’s reach and/or de‑risk growth opportunities /li /ul /li libGrowth Strategy: /b ul liUnderwrite investment opportunities (greenfield and brownfield) /li liPrepare marketing materials for both internal and external use /li liOwn DD workstreams /li liOwn complex financial analysis and valuations related to MA opportunities /li /ul /li libCorporate Strategy: /b ul liInvolved in drafting materials to discuss corporate strategy with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors /li liOwn the business plan model /li liPerform ad‑hoc analyses /li /ul /li libTechnical Skills / IMS Certifications: /b ul liRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of: HS – health and safety rules; Environment – environmental policies; Information security – information security policies; Energy – reducing energy consumption /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation and experience ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, management, finance, or a related field /li li5‑10 years of relevant experience /li liBanking background, ideally with Private Equity, Infrastructure or Real Estate experience /li /ul /li liSkills ul liExcellent analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, ideally with a real estate and/or corporate focus /li liProject planning and self‑management skills /li liAbility to multi‑task in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment /li liMeticulous attention to detail /li liFluency in English and French (another European language is an asset) /li liProficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) /li liProblem‑solving and analytical skills /li liProfessional integrity /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
