Position: - La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e manutenzione accurata delle distinte base (BoM) e della documentazione técnica associata, al fine di garantire che tutte le informazioni relative ai materiali, alle componenti e agli assemblaggi siano precise, aggiornate e conformi agli standard aziendali. - Job responsibilities: - Manutenere e aggiornare le distinte base (BoM) nel sistema PLM Centric aziendale; - Presenziare agli incontri tecnici con gli Uffici Industrializzazione e le Sale Prodotto per verificare i componenti inseriti in distinta base e controllare che le caratteristiche per le medesime famiglie di prodotto siano coerenti; - Monitorare il completamento dei task del workflow di ogni prodotto nel rispetto del timing aziendale; - Creare reportistica al fine di supportare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, approvvigionamento e controllo dei costi; - Analisi periodiche delle BoM per identificare potenziali errori, incongruenze o aree di miglioramento; - Rispondere alle domande relative alle BoM e risolvere eventuali problemi o discrepanze. Profile: - Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico; - Capacità di lavorare in team e in modo collaborativo; - Orientamento al risultato e capacità di rispettare le scadenze; - Ottime capacità analitiche e orientamento al risultato; - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
