HSE Specialist

Responsibilities
* Improve, implement, monitor and update BU HSE activities, including procedures, risk assessment, emergency plans, management system certification and training.
* Support HSE activities during customer audits and site visits.
* Create reporting (Accident / CAPA) and support awareness and behavioral‑based safety training and meetings.
* Minimize risk within the area of responsibility.
* Assist with tender preparation and start‑up in HSE issues.
* Manage and improve risk assessment and emergency plans according to D.Lgs81/08.
* Support local managers in handling unsafe acts/conditions, near misses and incident injuries.
Qualifications
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in an HSE department of a manufacturing or supply‑chain industry.
* Training as RSPP fulfilling legal requirements.
* Certified auditor in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001).
* Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
* Knowledge of PowerBI.
* Good working knowledge of English.
