We are recruiting a HR Operations Specialist for our Milan office, who will be tasked with: - Activation of internships (management relations with universities and training institutions); - Contracts (recruitment, extensions and/or transformations, secondments, trial periods, terminations, expectations, transfers, retention, stability agreements), administrative obligations and checks of current legislation; - People Analytics - Experience in role (2-3 years); - Excellent knowledge of the Office package; - Good knowledge of English; - Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity, flexible approach and adherence to deadlines. - SAP HR management knowledge will be considered a plus.
