Key Responsibilities
Manage and update key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings
Collaborate with Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators
Support the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities
Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product
Requirements
5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
