As a Trade Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Monster Energy in the field, building and strengthening relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners. Your focus will be on increasing visibility, securing new stockists, and ensuring Monster’s unique brand presence dominates across your territory.
Executing market activations and promotions in Rome.
Coaching and training distribution partner teams.
Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones.
Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store.
Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising.
Delivering market insights and timely reporting.
Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Italian with solid Business English skills.
Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Rome.
