Role Overview The Digital TIK TOK Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the brand’s TikTok strategy. This role combines creativity, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, in line with the company’s positioning and values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the brand’s TikTok content strategy in line with overall digital and social media goals Create, plan, and publish engaging TikTok content (videos, trends, formats, storytelling) with a strong fashion and lifestyle focus Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates, translating them into brand-relevant content opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity Coordinate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors for TikTok collaborations and campaigns Manage the TikTok content calendar and ensure timely publishing Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, growth, conversion where applicable) and produce regular reports with actionable insights Support paid TikTok campaigns in collaboration with media or performance teams Ensure brand safety, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all TikTok content Manage social media DM requests from customers and followers Support the management of the other brand related social media platforms Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms, and best practices Proven experience managing META, GOOGLE, PINTEREST and multiple social media platforms Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for fashion aesthetics Experience working with creators and influencers Ability to analyse data and translate insights into content optimization Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Experience with TikTok Ads Manager Personal qualities Creative, curious, and trend-driven Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and social media Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills
