1. Oversee and manage the firm’s Transfer Pricing (TP) Department.
2. Serve as the primary contact for all Transfer Pricing matters.
3. Participate in the recruitment and development of the TP team.
4. Manage and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in line with local regulations.
5. Perform functional, economic, and benchmarking analysis for related party transactions.
6. Provide Transfer Pricing advice on new business initiatives and prepare reports based on findings.
7. Support the negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) for Transfer Pricing certainty.
8. Assist with TP audits, including communication with tax authorities.
9. Identify opportunities to enhance Transfer Pricing practices within the organization.
10. Stay updated on regulatory developments and share relevant updates with the team.
11. Regularly review internal Transfer Pricing policies to ensure compliance with the latest legislation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
12. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
13. Strong analytical and communication skills in both Greek and English.
14. Proficient with IT tools and technology.
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
16. Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset.
17. Familiar with Cyprus Tax Legislation and OECD TP Guidelines.
18. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
