We are seeking an Equity Derivatives Sales professional to join the Institutional Sales team who will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with institutional clients and collaborating closely with the trading desk. This role requires a commercially driven attitude, strong market knowledge, and outstanding client management capabilities. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while contributing to the continued growth of our Equity Derivatives franchise.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively develop and manage relationships with institutional clients
* Identify client needs and provide customized hedging, yield enhancement, and investment solutions
* Market equity derivatives products, both listed and OTC
* Generate and communicate trade ideas aligned with client objectives and market conditions
* Monitor market trends, equity volatility dynamics, and the competitive landscape
* Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a consistently high standard of responsiveness and service across the full trade lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with internal risk, legal, and regulatory frameworks
* Liaise with operations, compliance, and settlement teams to proactively resolve trade exceptions and settlement issues
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Equity Derivatives Sales within a bank or financial institution
* Strong understanding of equity derivatives products with a deep knowledge of options, volatility markets, structured solutions, and market microstructure
* Proven track record of managing institutional client relationships and generating revenue
* Highly collaborative team player, able to operate effectively across multiple internal stakeholders and under time pressure
* Familiarity with Bloomberg and financial analytics tools
* Understanding of the regulatory frameworks impacting derivatives markets (MiFID II, EMIR, etc.)
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a plus
The expected range salary (RAL) for this position is 95.000 – 125.000 per year.
