Operations Support Specialist – Temporary contract (2 weeks, June) We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support order processing activities on a temporary 2‑week assignment in June. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely management of orders within internal systems, contributing to the smooth execution of day‑to‑day business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, validation and accurate entry of orders into internal systems in line with defined procedures and deadlines.
Ensure continuous monitoring and updating of order status within company tools and platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the correct flow of operational information.
Handle updates, changes and adjustments related to order data when required.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across systems and processes.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and willingness to learn business management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
Previous experience in administrative, data entry or order management activities will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of English.
