You will support project teams by standardizing processes, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Your role will contribute to improving project performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, methodologies, and standardsMonitor project and program performance (scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies)Ensure compliance with governance processes, quality standards, and best practicesFacilitate project reviews, steering committees, and status meetingsSupport project managers in planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change controlContribute to resource planning, prioritization, and capacity managementPromote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountabilityYOUR PROFILEProven experience in a PMO, Project Management, or Project Management roleSolid understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid), combined with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Proven experience with project management and monitoring tools such as MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Planview, Smartsheet and Power BI.Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring prioritization, coordination and timely delivery.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, supported by strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‐solving mindset.Note: English Fluent (C1)What You'll Love About Working HereWe recognize the importance of flexible work solutions to support you.
