PPramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Jr Legal Counsel to support the Legal department in the preparation of general contracts, supporting MA activities, and supporting compliance and data privacy activities. /ppbPRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS /b /ppThe Jr Legal Counsel will support the Legal Function in corporate activities such as contract review, corporate governance, and compliance. The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international Corporate Legal Department, also supporting the team during MA activities. /ppbMAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /pulliContract review : review and draft general contracts and deeds related to domestic and international commercial law, Real Estate, labor law, consumer law, e-commerce law, IT, Intellectual property Rights related matters, Sponsorships, trade practices, and finance-related matters. /liliCorporate Governance : prepare governing bodies' meetings, minutes, resolutions, and proxies; support MA activities. /liliCompliance : assist in managing the Model of Organization, management, and control ex D.lgs. 231 / 01; and other corporate compliance and ethics programs. /liliData Privacy : support activities related to compliance with applicable data privacy and security laws, ensuring internal procedures align with GDPR 679 / 16 and privacy policies. /liliLitigation : coordinate litigation activities with external counsel. /li /ulpbPERSONAL SKILLS /b /pulliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /liliGood knowledge of Italian and international law. /liliExcellent command of English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage. /liliExcellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a team. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. /li /ulpbBACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED /b /pulliBachelor's degree in law. /lili2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a structured environment. /li /ulpJOB LOCATION /ppIf you believe you have the right skills for this role, we encourage you to contact us.
