In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. /p pJoin us in our exciting quest to build the future home! /p h3About the role /h3 pThe role is responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce websites, driving web optimisations for improving e-commerce sales and brand communication, improving SEO performance, analyzing GA4 data, and supporting the creation of content for campaigns and promotions. /p h3Location /h3 pThe role is based in Assago. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liMaintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency. /li liDrive web optimisations for improving e-commerce sales and a seamless User Experience (UX). /li liOptimize site performance, UX, and SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, reporting). /li liMonitor and analyze website performance with Google Analytics (GA4), providing insights and recommendations to media and e-commerce team. /li liSupport content creation for promotions: landing pages, banners, product content, and campaign materials. /li liCollaborate with marketing (brand and product), e-commerce and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liShort experience in a similar role, with exposure to website management (CMS platforms). /li liStrong interest for e-commerce /li liUnderstanding of SEO best practices. /li liProficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) reporting and analysis. /li liGood communication, attention to detail, and project management skills. /li liExperience in content creation tools is considered a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). /li liFluent in Italian and English.
