Responsibilities Provide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed. Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; support Cisco Jabber. Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues. Possess broad IT experience with understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must hold a valid work permit. Extensive knowledge of IT and computers. Several years of relevant experience preferred.
