For a company specializing in digital printing solutions, we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Responsible for the correct handling of (customer) orders throughout the full process.
Procure a positive customer experience through correct administration of orders, proactive information about deliveries, and effective handling of requests.
Develop long-term relationships and customer loyalty by personal contact and approach with strategic partners.
Support sales teams administratively to maximize efficiency.
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:
1. Order Management
2. Customer & Contract management
3. Service administration
4. Daily communication with customers, providers, and end-users
Requirements:
1. High school degree, with preference for some additional degree in trade/business administration
2. Experience in the role or similar positions
3. Excellent knowledge of the English language
4. Knowledge of MS-Office applications
5. Personal Skills: Excellent communicator, solutions-driven, customer-oriented attitude, multi-tasker able to manage time and priorities, and well-organized.
Work location: northern province of Milan
A permanent contract is offered. The level and salary will be based on the candidate's experience.
