Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and project management to analyze project and product risks and establish appropriate control plans (suppliers).
* Ensure processes and products consistently meet established quality standards and customer expectations, and approve project release documentation (when required).
* Manage the supplier base, schedule audits, and verify VR.
* Manage recurring and serious internal and external (suppliers) non-conformities, ensuring implementation of the entire PDCA/8D cycle and lessons learned.
* Work closely with the Purchase department and Engineering at all levels to understand issues and improve existing standards.
* Manage the analysis and reporting of nonconformities, including monitoring and cost analysis.
* Analyze, develop, and improve quality standards. Assist the team in establishing, maintaining, and transitioning to an automated and integrated management system.
* Perform or participate in internal and vendor audits when required.
* Conduct specific training of operators and colleagues on requirements and the quality system.
* Manage Dfmea and Pfmea to increase the quality level of the product.
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
* 2+ years of experience as a quality specialist or in a similar role.
* Experience using software tools and processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
