Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Retail Controller to join KIKO Milano's Finance Team.Such talent will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis to support the organization with decision making and to achieve business and budgets targets.The mission of the Retail Controller is to help business in the analysis and control cost and forecast, collecting data about KPIs and performance for the Italian Channel (more than 330 direct stores) and design useful reports.In particular, you will:Be responsible for accurate, timely and reliable business reports about KPIs to support retail analysis and drive retail decisions;Analyse Italian market to provide the full overview of the business;Forecast sales target, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business;Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for incentive system, rewards and labour cost;Work closely with the Retail Department in providing the relevant financial information to support their key strategic initiative.What you will need to succeedMaster Degree in Economics or equivalent3-4 years experience in a Planning & Control DepartmentGood level in EnglishKnowledge of SAP, TAGETIK, Power BI is a plusRetail experience is a plusStrong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results driven approachWe would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented approachHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Possibilità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
