PstrongJob Description: /strong /p pThe Transport Team is responsible for developing and planning the transport strategy and system for a hospitality programme at events. Responsibilities include sourcing and contracting transport suppliers, researching and drafting all transport routes, preparing transport contingency plans, and driver training. Roles are starting from October 2025 and are contract positions until March 2026. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /p ol liAssist in pre-event planning and preparation of all transport systems. /li liDevelop comprehensive geographical knowledge of the area and routes. /li liAssist in establishing an efficient coach transport system, including emergency plans. /li liProduce event time manuals, route maps, and incident logs for drivers and transport teams. /li liAssist in managing all on-site transport operations. /li liCollaborate with senior management to develop the transport schedule. /li liBuild effective relationships with suppliers. /li liDevise and manage coach loading and dispatch systems during events. /li liUnderstand security procedures and work with the Security Team to implement safeguards. /li liEnsure drivers and hosts are familiar with safety procedures. /li liPrepare roster plans ensuring drivers have adequate breaks. /li liUnderstand event procedures and protocols. /li liContribute to other aspects of the business as needed. /li /ol pstrongSkills, Knowledge, and Attributes: /strong /p ul liFluent in Italian and English. /li liExperience in transport logistics and team management. /li liExcellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /li liProject management experience. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liHigh energy, flexible, enthusiastic, and confident. /li liWilling to get involved and work long hours in a demanding environment. /li liPassionate about sport, hospitality, and delivery. /li liAbility to work professionally under pressure and prioritize workload. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
