PpbDeal Technologies Group (DTG) /b is an independent industrial group established through the integration of Rizzani de Eccher’s expertise in bridge construction with its specialized companies – DEAL, TENSA, and SPIC – and their respective international subsidiaries in Algeria, Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, Romania, and the United States. /ppDTG combines technical excellence and innovation in bridge construction, precast segment production, and specialized erection equipment, operating globally on major infrastructure projects. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3pThe Proposal Engineer will support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for bPost Tensioning and Stay Cables (PTSC) /b, primarily for bridges, viaducts and building projects, acting as a key interface between sales, engineering, and other internal stakeholders. /ppbKey responsibilities include: /b /pulliSupporting the Proposal Manager throughout the proposal preparation process, in compliance with internal procedures and project requirements. /liliPreparing technical and commercial cost estimates for PTSC and related engineering services applied to bridges, viaducts and buildings, in close coordination with the Technical Department. /liliCoordinating with the Technical Department for entry data and engineering analyses, design validation, and technical compliance for bridge and viaduct structures during the proposal phase. /liliSupporting the Project Manager in the Distributors support, i.e. preparing the offers, price list, doing monthly conference call, organizing dedicated meetings for specific projects etc. /liliAnalyzing technical specifications, drawings, and commercial documents related to PSSC to develop cost-effective, compliant, and optimized proposal solutions. /liliCustomizing proposals based on client requirements, project location, structural typology, and contractual framework. /liliRequesting and evaluating quotations from qualified suppliers and subcontractors through the Procurement function, checking for new suppliers worldwide if needed. /liliCalculating and verifying quantities of PSSC, accessories, and related materials. /liliEstimating direct and indirect project costs (materials, engineering, logistics, installation support), coordinating with Procurement, Production/Plant, HR, Finance, and the Technical Department. /liliPreparing itemized cost breakdowns and pricing analyses in compliance with contract conditions and project delivery models (design-assist, design-build, supply-only, or supply installation). /liliIdentifying potential technical, commercial, and contractual risks related to PSSC performance, structural interfaces, installation constraints, and regulatory compliance for bridge and viaduct works, and proposing mitigation measures in coordination with the Technical Department or Proposal Managers. /liliPromptly informing the Proposal Manager and relevant departments of critical issues, deviations from contractual terms, or alternative technical solutions identified with the Technical Department. /liliVerifying consistency between technical solutions, installation methodologies, and project schedules. /liliCollaborating closely with internal departments such as Technical Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance Administration, QHSE, and Operations to ensure complete and compliant proposals. /liliUploading cost data and estimates into internal systems. /liliUploading the CRM with the new opportunities and checking the status of the already prepared offers. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliFair understanding of bridge construction processes, materials, and installation techniques, particularly for substructures and superstructures. /liliAbility to read and interpret structural drawings, bridge layouts, and technical specifications. /liliBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or equivalent knowledge (Experienced Industrial Technician). /liliIdeally 1–2 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimating, or technical sales within infrastructure, bridge construction, or specialized subcontracting companies. /liliAt ease working in multicultural and international project environments, preferably involving contractors, designers, and public authorities. /liliExcellent knowledge of English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) are considered a plus. /liliStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD; familiarity with estimating or ERP tools is an advantage. /li /ulpbReady to make a difference? /b /ppApply today and join DTG to help build more innovative, safe, and sustainable infrastructure around the world! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
